By using SkyKaro.com or placing a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking Process

All bookings made via SkyKaro.com are subject to agent review and confirmation. Submitting the booking form does NOT guarantee a confirmed ticket. Your booking is confirmed only after our agent contacts you to verify the fare and obtain your explicit authorisation to charge your card.

2. Pricing

Flight fares shown on our website are estimates based on live search results and may change before confirmation. Final pricing is confirmed by your agent. Displayed prices include all airline taxes and fees. SkyKaro's service fee is included in the final quoted price — there are no hidden charges.

3. Payment

Card details provided through our secure booking form are held encrypted and are NOT charged automatically. All charges require your explicit verbal or written authorisation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by airline and fare type. Many consolidator fares are non-refundable. Fees for changes depend on the specific ticket and airline. Our agents will clearly explain the policy before issuing your ticket. For refund requests, contact us within 24 hours of booking at info@skykaro.com.

5. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers are responsible for ensuring their travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) are valid for their destination. SkyKaro is not responsible for denied boarding due to invalid documentation. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return travel date for most international destinations.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SkyKaro acts as an agent on behalf of airlines and travel suppliers. We are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or disruptions caused by airlines or circumstances beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of the booking fee paid to us.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
