Look up any booking with just your order ID on the booking status page. It shows whether your request is pending, confirmed, or ticketed.
Changes & date changes
Date and name-correction requests are handled by an agent, because airline change fees and fare differences vary by ticket. Call with your order ID and we will quote the exact cost before anything is changed. Names cannot be changed after ticketing.
Cancellations & refunds
Whether a ticket is refundable depends on its fare rules — an agent will read you yours before you decide. Airline refunds typically take 10–12 weeks to reach your card. Full details in our Refund Policy.
Airline schedule changes
If the airline moves or cancels your flight, call us before accepting anything in the airline's app — as the ticketing agency we can often secure a better alternative or a full refund. Travel within 72 hours is always handled by phone.
