SkyKaro is the US brand of SkyTeam Travel Inc. — a licensed travel agency ticketing through the Amadeus GDS, specialising in international travel from the United States. Most of what we sell is people visiting family across the world, often at short notice and sometimes in hard circumstances. It is real work with real stakes, done on the phone, around the clock.
We do not keep a public list of vacancies — we hire when we grow, into these roles:
Travel Consultant
Sales and service on the phone: quoting complex international itineraries, closing bookings, and looking after the customer until they land.
- Prior airline or agency sales experience
- Comfortable on US-hours shifts, including nights
- Fluent English; Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu or Bengali a strong plus
Ticketing Agent — Amadeus
Issuing, reissuing, exchanges and refunds on the Amadeus GDS, working consolidator contracts and fare rules.
- Hands-on Amadeus experience is required
- Knows net fares, ADMs and airline debit-memo risk
- Precise under time pressure
Customer Support Specialist
Post-booking care: schedule changes, date changes, cancellations, refund follow-ups, and keeping customers informed without being chased.
- Clear writer and calm on the phone
- Organised — support runs on follow-through
Fare & Deals Analyst
Watching consolidator inventories and market fares on our core routes, keeping our quotes sharp and our route pages honest.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and fare-rule fine print
- Airline pricing or revenue-management background a plus
