Important: Refund eligibility depends entirely on the airline's fare rules for your specific ticket. Many consolidator fares are non-refundable. Always review the fare conditions with your agent before purchase.

  • Fully Refundable fares: Refund issued within 7–14 business days to the original payment method, minus SkyKaro's service fee.
  • Partially Refundable fares: Airline may assess a cancellation penalty; remainder refunded after airline confirmation.
  • Non-Refundable fares (most consolidator tickets): No refund of base fare; taxes and fees may be partially recoverable depending on airline policy.
  • 24-Hour Rule: For tickets purchased more than 7 days before departure, cancellation within 24 hours of purchase may qualify for a full refund (US DOT requirement for tickets to/from the USA).

3. Date Changes & Modifications

Changes to travel dates are subject to the airline's change fee plus any fare difference. Change fees typically range from $50–$300 per person depending on the airline and route. Contact us before making any changes.

4. SkyKaro Service Fee

Our service fee of $25–$75 per ticket (disclosed at booking) is non-refundable in all circumstances, as it covers our agent's work in researching and securing your ticket.

5. Airline-Initiated Cancellations

If the airline cancels your flight, you are entitled to either a full refund or rebooking at no charge. SkyKaro will assist you in claiming this refund from the airline at no additional fee.
